====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 270 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 457, 380, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner was apprehended in this case in connection with theft in the house of informant. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one year, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
