The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansi P. S. Case No. 90 of 2016 instituted under Sections 323, 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation, in brief, is that when the informant was coming, on the way he saw that Ram Khelawan Yadav, Sanjeev Yadav and Ranjit Yadav were engaged in dispute, he tried to pacify the dispute between them. In the meanwhile, Sanjeev Yadav and Ranjit Yadav both opened fire at the informant, which missed, thereafter they assaulted him with iron rod. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the petitioner was assaulted by the informant for which Mansi

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15147 of 2017 (3) dt.14-06-2017 2/2 P.S.Case No. 92 of 2016 was lodged against the informant and others and the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, save and except, subsequent Mansi P.S.Case No. 91 of 2016 of the same nature. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Manchit Yadav @ Manjeet Yadav @ Sanjeet Yadav @ Gulteria, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No. 90 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
