The petitioner has been in custody since 21.10.2018 in connection with Complaint Case No. G-O/136/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession, but the seizure-list was prepared and he was made to sign on it. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on
