The petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati P.S. Case No. 40 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 10 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made the house which is in joint possession of family. Petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
