The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 353 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was identified among others to have scuffled with the Panchayat Secretary at the time of distribution of kerosene supply coupon.

The allegation is general and omnibus and petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
