2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 934 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per direction of this Court vide order dated 03.05.2023, he has deposited Rs. 5 lacs in the bank account of the informant. He makes an assurance that the rest amount of Rs. 10 lacs shall be deposited within six months.

4. The petitioner shall surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks. Within these eight weeks, Rs. 2

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27030 of 2023(4) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 lacs should be deposited in the account and rest amount of Rs. 8 lacs in six months.
