The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S. Case No.8 of 2016 registered under Section 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Regard being had to the nature of offence and the allegations made in the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Firoj Ali and Rehana Khatoon are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
