Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him except to this fact that he was also a member of unlawful assembly. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018.
