JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to pay compensation to the petitioner at the government rate for taking petitioner's land situated at Khata no. 230, survey plot no. 1602 and Khata no. 135, Khesra No. 188 total area 4 1⁄2 Khata in Mauza Taregna for construction of Tower of 132 KVDC Naubatpur (Goraula) Masaurhi location no. 14/0 S.D. It is the case of the petitioner that he is riyat of the land and the respondent has constructed the aforesaid tower without any information to the petitioner. It is alleged that no compensation for the same has been provided to the petitioner.

On perusal of the writ application, however, it appears that the petitioner has made a representation in this regard to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6335 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 respondents vide Annexure '4' to the writ application. In the given facts and circumstances, this Court directs the Senior Deputy General Manager (respondent no. 3) to look into the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure '4' to the writ application, examine the same and take an appropriate decision thereon in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

This writ application stands disposed of.
