Patna High Court MJC No.1127 of 2024(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 West Champaran at Bettiah has passed the final order, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, and thereafter notices under Section 6(2) of the Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment Case No.13 of 2023-24 has also been issued to the encroachers, but this Hon'ble Court has passed an order of status quo dated 27.06.2024 in CWJC No.7296 of 2024, hence further steps are not being taken.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No.7296 of 2024 has already stood disposed off.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that appropriate action, in accordance with law, shall definitely be taken by the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, within a period of six weeks from today, in case there is no other legal impediment. It is directed accordingly.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
