JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in this case only because they are father and brother of the co-accused Suhail Alam. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Specific allegation is against aforesaid Suhail Alam. The present first information report has been lodged after delay of six days without any explanation. Petitioners are separate from the accused, Suhail Alam. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
