Mr.R.S. Pradhan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.3 to 7 submits that, in view of the passage of time, the present matter has become infructuous since it arises out of a tender proceeding for a period of one year and that period is already over.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
