Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Fifteen litres country-made Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 23.09.2018 without having any criminal antecedents, which is apparent from para 3 of the bail petition.
