Respondent :Chander Gain & Ors Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Birju Prasad, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: In pursuance of notification no. 14/DLA-NITI (Fist Appeal)-113/13-943/Ra dated 17.08.2015, learned S.C.-22 prays for withdrawal of the Appeal as the decretal amount is Rs. 3,53,717.55/- and the respondents have been paid the amount. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed off.

The order is being passed in presence of learned AAG-8 who has been authorized to supervise the cases on behalf of the State. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
