In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Town P. S. Case No. 427 of 2003 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 120(A) of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, the matter relates to deposit the money in the non banking company.

The allegation has been made that on allurement the complainant has deposited the money but the deposit money was not returned to the complainant, though the case has been lodged in 2003.
