The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that in this case, the complaint case is filed on 05.12.2016. No one has injured in the alleged occurrence. On perusal of annexures, it appears that there is a dispute of fishing between the parties. Father of the petitioners had filed several complaints against the informant and his family members. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32951 of 2017 (4) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 informant has filed this case in order to create pressure. Further submission is that in one case, petitioners no. 1 and 2 have already been granted anticipatory bail (Annexure-8) by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 19375 of 2017.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Munger in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
