The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ghosi P.S.Case No.110 of 2016 under Sections 366, 497, 498 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner alleged that his wife was missing from his house and on enquiry, the informant came to know that the petitioner kidnapped his wife. The wife of the informant appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. on 30.04.2016. She disclosed that her husband brutally assaulted on 06.04.2016 and she solemnized marriage with the petitioner. It appears that the victim is a major and nobody had kidnapped her. No.29737 of 2016 (2) dt.05-09-2016 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in Ghosi P.S.Case No.110 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
