The petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 387, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, section 17 of the CLA Act and section 10/13 of the UAP Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with coaccused Dippu Singh made demand of Rs. 7 lakh from the informant from mobile no. 7323084375.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the said mobile no. does not belong to this petitioner. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2020. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Co-accused Dippu Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 30.11.2018 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35256 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 58793 of 2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017.
