JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in connection with Buxar (Ind.) P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 150, 118, 186, 353, 332, 333, 427, 436, 341, 323, 386 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that the petitioner were identified as member of the mob. Some other co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide Annexure-2.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79393 of 2018(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned F.T.C. Ist, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Ind.) P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
