2. By the impugned order dated 28.02.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Maintenance Case No. 205(M) of 2019, an amount of Rupees Eighteen Thousand has been fixed as interim maintenance to be paid to the Respondents i.e. mother and the autistic child.
3. It is the admitted position that the petitioner works in the Intelligence Bureau, Government of India, as an Officer. The amount fixed by the Court below, in my opinion, is not excessive and no interference is called for.

4. The Director, Intelligence Bureau, Government of India, is directed to get the maintenance amount as well as the earlier dues deducted from the salary of the petitioner and transfer the amount directly to the bank account of the Respondent regularly so that the entire amount of maintenance is paid to the opposite party.
5. The Respondent No. 1 will provide the details of her bank account to the learned lawyer appearing on behalf of the petitioner in the Court below.
6. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Director, Intelligence Bureau, Government of India, through FAX/e-mail forthwith for compliance of the order. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U
