It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that he will be satisfied if Right of Disability Case No. 01 of 2021 pending in the Court of Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Supaul, filed by the petitioners under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 may be

Patna High Court CWJC No.9329 of 2020(3) dt.23-06-2022 2/2 directed to be disposed of at the earliest as the same is pending at the instance of respondent no.9.

Accordingly, the Additional District Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Supaul, is directed to dispose of Right of Disability Case No. 01 of 2021 within a period of three months from today.

If either of the parties does not cooperate in the disposal of the matter then the Court below shall proceed ex parte against non-cooperating party and decide the issue in question.

During the pendency of the case in the Court, the status quo shall be maintained by the parties. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
