BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 Perusal of the order dated 27.02.2023, vide Annexure-A to the counter affidavit it is evident that there is compliance. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has vacated the quarter on 25.02.2023 and his grievance relating to Dynamic ACP is pending consideration. The concerned authority is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner of DACP within a reasonable period of time.
