2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 332, 333, 307, 353, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . According to F.I.R., informant alleges that he received an information on 30.05.2024 at 08:35 AM that one Awadhesh and other residents of Udiyan Tola were assaulting Chhathu of Tarwara Tola on account of dispute relating to a girl, accordingly, the informant reached Udiyan Toal along with the force and saw that accused persons along with 34 named

No.25320 of 2025(3) dt.23-07-2025 2/3 accused persons were assaulting Chhathu, hence informant tried to reason out with the accused persons for pacifying the issue but co-accused Sujit assaulted him by lathi from behind causing injury, thereafter, the Officer-in-charge reached the place of occurrence with reinforcement after which the situation was brought under control.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. and their name transpired during course of investigation . He further submits that specific allegation of assaulting the informant is against co-accused Sujit and so far as, petitioners are concerned, the allegation against them is general and omnibus. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59806 of 2024 and order dated 25.03.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 11390 of 2025 . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight
