ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1626C of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 420, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation against him is that the petitioner was found speaking to some person regarding giving of jobs to some outsiders upon which the complainant came to the petitioner but later on, neither the complainant approached this petitioner nor Pintu Kumar and Banarasi Ram, who were said to have threatened the opposite party no. 2. It is further submitted that the only connection between the petitioner and the said Pintu Kumar and Banarasi Ram which has been established by the statement of the complainant is that they are known to each other.
Considering the vague nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that admittedly, the money has not changed hands

No.27589 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 between the parties and also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., II, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 1626C of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
