JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2023 Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh No. 1, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned AC to learned GA-10 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that all the retiral dues admissible to the petitioner has been paid, however, no interest has been paid by the respondent on delayed payment.

3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner as well as the statement made in counter affidavit, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9280 of 2020(3) dt.20-06-2023 2/2 petitioner is now only aggrieved for non-payment of interest on delayed payment of dues. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Civil Surgeon, Sitamarhirespondent no. 5, for payment of any dues on account of retiral benefit has not been paid to the petitioner including the statutory interest.

4. The representation of the petitioner must be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
