In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 27 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a / 27 of the Arms Act. In the present case, allegation has been made that some unknown persons have gone to the house of the victim and started firing indiscriminately, in which the victim received the injury and one of the persons was apprehended from there itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file supplementary affidavit for making correction in paragraph
