Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mehsi P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 354-A, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute as also the injury sustained by the injured, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35588 of 2021(3) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
