Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to make necessary correction in the typed copy of the First Information Report.
In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 208 of 2015 for offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the marriage of the victim was solemnized with Chandan Rai. An allegation has been made that he used to torture her and asked her for dowry. She was blessed with the female child. She used to make complaint that the family members of her husband used to torture her and also assaulted her.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26757 of 2016 (2) dt.30-06-2016 An allegation has been made in the First Information Report itself that on account of bad behavior, she was compelled to consume poison and she died during treatment. The petitioner is the Chachia Sasur of the victim girl.
Looking to the relationship of the petitioner with the victim, let the petitioner, namely, Dhrub Rai @ Munna Rai, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 208 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
