JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 of the NDPS Act.
It is alleged that 5 Kg Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has been made from the joint family house. Though male members were not present at the time of seizure and only female members were present but seizure list does not bear the signature of any female member. Considering the nature of accusation, let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Behea P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge authorized
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49731 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 under Special Law at Bhojpur, Arrah.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
