The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mofassil P.S. Case No. 300 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Gaya. Submission is that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She has no criminal antecedent. She has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that the deceased died due to accidental death.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture. The witnesses have also supported the prosecution version in several paragraphs

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, her prayer for bail is rejected.
