The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.07 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner (husband) and other in-laws of the informant tortured her physically and mentally for nonfulfillment of demand of additional dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. It is also submitted

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no.2 submits that the petitioner has given three talaq to the opposite party no.2, therefore, it is not possible for the opposite party no.2 to live with the petitioner.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Purnea in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.07 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
However, the opposite party no.2 would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J.) Sanjay/- U T
