The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the police intercepted the petitioner along with stolen Maruti Car and on demand he failed to produce the document of ownership of the vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.01.2019. He further submits that the co-accused has been granted by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
