JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 288 of 2018, dated 07.05.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 323, 427, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is alleged to have fired from his weapon hitting the brother of the informant in his leg. The learned counsel for the petitioner has shown to this Court the injury report of the brother of the informant which indicates that he has only received injuries by hard and blunt substance. It has further been intimated to this

No.593 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 Court that one of the accused persons, viz., Sanni Yadav, has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73145 of 2018 Considering the aforesaid facts as also the existence of a counter version of the occurrence, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 288 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
