The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is alleged by the informant that daughter of the informant has committed suicide due to torture inflicted upon her by her husband and other in-laws family members.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24258 of 2022(2) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the husband of the deceased and they had no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the deceased and her husband. The husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
