2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) registered in connection with Sadar (Saharsa) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2011.

3. This Court, however, takes note that the present anticipatory bail petition has been filed in the year 2019 in respect of the FIR which has been instituted as far back as in the year 2011. The petitioner has not offered any satisfactory explanation for the delay and there is no immediate apprehension of his arrest. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
