The petitioners are in custody in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020, for the offence under Sections 414, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 04.02.2020. In the instant case, total 171 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor was seized. It is submitted that nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners. No.26140 of 2020(2) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 criminal antecedents and they are in custody since 04.02.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners subject to the condition that each of the petitioners has to deposit Rs.50,000/- in cash. On depositing the amount of Rs.50,000/-, petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-II, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020.
