The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special NDPS Case No. 08 of 2020 arising out of Pranpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020 instituted for offence under Sections 8/20 (b)(ii)(B) of N.D.P.S. Act.

The petitioner was found to be in possession of approximately 04 Kgs and 260 Grams of ganja and he is in custody since 08.05.2020.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner and taking into account the fact that he is a
