2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341, 323, 307, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case , there is allegation against these petitioners that they along with other co-accused persons armed with iron rod, pistol, sword etc,. assaulted the informant and others due to which three persons sustained grievous injury .
