The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 504, 307/34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant was at his door alongwith his cousin brother Ravi Ranjan Sharma. On 09.03.2015 at 6.30 A.M. all of a sudden, Nand Kishore Sharma, Ramanand Sharma, Lalkeshwar Devi and Aarti Devi in prosecution of common intention came and started abusing the informant. The informant opposed for that. On this, Aarti Devi, gave order to kill them. On this , Nand Kishore Sharma made

No.27257 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 firing by country made pistol and Lalkeshwar Devi gave order to Ramanand Sharma to kill Ravi Ranjan Sharma who made firing by pistol on Ravi Ranjan Sharma causing injury in his stomach and on hearing firing the uncle Ramjee Sharma and other villagers came and the accused persons fled away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. She is a lady. The nature of injury is said to be simple. The police has found the case false against the petitioner.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 08/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Aurangabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
