2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beldour P. S. Case No. 14 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 132 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-AA), 25(1-b), 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on secret information that one accused along with his two associates having weapons, were seen at Mahaddipur Basa, police reached at the spot and and apprehended this petitioner and co-accused Manish Patel. It is alleged that the accused persons fired upon the police party. On search, one loaded country made pistol along with cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Though petitioner is alleged to have fired upon police party but no one sustained any firearms injury. Petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody and the fact that no one sustained any firearms injury, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Beldour P.
