The petitioner is in custody in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.21 of 2020, G.R. No. 154 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 395, 397 and 412 IPC and 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in robbery of vehicles on road.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 17.01.2020,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24796 of 2020(2) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on deposit of Rs. 50,000/- cash. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.Raj, J.M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.21 of 2020, G.R. No. 154 of 2020, subject to deposit of Rs. 50,000/- Cash. The deposit of Rs.50,000/- cash shall abide by the final outcome of the present Criminal Case.
