2. On 24.06.2015, the Court had adjourned the matter to enable the petitioner to file rejoinder, if so advised. It was further observed that if no rejoinder is in place on the next date, the matter will be decided on the available material. It transpires that no rejoinder has been filed by the petitioner. Thus, the Court has heard learned counsel for the State.
