The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 15.09.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph4 of the aforesaid order Rs. 34 lakhs has been written, it should have been Rs. 34,50,000/-. The amount is very meager and the opposite party no. 2 has already paid Rs. 34 lakhs to the informant, therefore, I do not find any justification for modification of the order dated 15.09.2015.
