2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 181 of 2022 lodged under Sections 304B, 201 and 120B of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against two named and two other accused persons against whom there is allegation of Section 304B of the IPC.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that husband of the deceased is already in custody.
5. Counsel further submits that the petitioner is the Mausa of husband of the deceased and he has no concern with his family members. He submits that petitioner's name has

6. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2023 having clean antecedent.
7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 181 of 2022, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
