The petitioner is in custody in connection with Adhoura P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the instant case was registered against unknown and the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of tracking of mobile. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 6.11.2018, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
