2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 338 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, one loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28374 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 since 09.09.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submitted that petitioner has ten criminal antecedents and it appears that he is a habitual offender.

6. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR and also considering his criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the present bail applications stands dismissed.
