JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 The matter has been listed at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioners for modification of order dated 5.11.2015 to the extent that in the last portion the words "Lakhisarai" be read as "Jamui". The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition and not to get the case listed in future on the basis of a slip without filing any modification application.

Let in the last portion of the order dated 5.11.2015, "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai" be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui."
