It is alleged that the petitioner filed an application claiming compensation for crop damage annexing the rent receipts to corroborate as land-holder, which were found to be forged. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to paragraph nos. 11, 12 and 13 of this application to show the fact that he had not filed any application at all.
