The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been contended on behalf of the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioners. In the injury report, the injuries have been shown to simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioners have also got no criminal antecedent.
