The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Rail P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that the allegations are frivolous and vexatious as nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the applicants and they are in custody since 3.10.2018.

In view of the above, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail/bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
